  Rt calf varicose vein (C2)으로 내원한 39세 남자의 영상으로 허벅지 중간 GSV가 크게 늘어나 있으면서 perforating vein과 연결되어 있다. 일반적으로 perforating vein은 ulcer가 있으면서 3.5mm이상, 0.5초이상 reflux가 있을 때 병적인 것으로 간주하며 치료의 적응증이 된다.
